Legal Agreement

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Illinois Energy Advisors website and advisory services. By accessing our platform or engaging with our team, you agree to be bound by this legal agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Advisor Role

Illinois Energy Advisors operates exclusively as an independent consultant and broker. Our role is to assist clients in navigating the deregulated energy market to identify potential cost savings and efficiency opportunities. We evaluate proposals on your behalf but are not an energy supplier, utility provider, or distributor of natural gas or electricity.

ILLINOIS REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Illinois Energy Advisors is an independent advisory firm and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC) or any state-regulated utility provider.

3. Utility Providers

Any agreements, contracts, or arrangements entered into with third-party utility providers or Retail Electric Suppliers (RES) are established strictly between the client and the respective provider. We do not guarantee specific savings or uninterrupted rates, as future market conditions inherently fluctuate.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Illinois Energy Advisors, its directors, employees, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our advisory services. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses due to market shifts or service interruptions instituted by your chosen utility provider.

5. Illinois Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located within Illinois.
