When processing data from ComEd, Ameren, or other Illinois utility providers, we act as an authorized agent on your behalf. We require a signed Letter of Agency (LOA) prior to requesting any interval data or billing history from these entities. This data is transmitted through secure API connections where available, or encrypted file transfers. We retain utility data only for the duration of our active advisory relationship.
